Welcome to GamingXplay. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our mobile application. Please read this policy carefully. If you do not agree with its terms, please do not use the App.

  1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Account Information: Full name, username, email address, and profile photo when you register using Email, Google Sign-In, or Facebook Login.

Device Information: Device model, OS version, unique device identifiers (Android ID), hardware type, and screen resolution.

Advertising Identifiers: Google Advertising ID (GAID) and App Set ID used for ad targeting and measurement.

Usage Data: Games played, time spent, coins earned, rewards redeemed, spin results, leaderboard activity, daily login streaks, and notification interactions.

Network Information: IP address, connection type (Wi-Fi or mobile data), and network state.

  1. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

• Create and manage your user account.
• Track gameplay progress, coins, diamonds, and reward transactions.
• Process referral tasks and calculate referral bonuses.
• Display personalized and non-personalized advertisements.
• Send push notifications via OneSignal about new games, offers, daily rewards, and updates.
• Analyze app usage through Firebase Analytics.
• Maintain leaderboards and multiplayer features.
• Detect fraud, abuse, and violations of our Terms.

  1. ADVERTISING & THIRD-PARTY AD NETWORKS

The App uses advertising to support our free service. We work with the following ad networks:

• Google AdMob — Banner, Interstitial, Native, and Rewarded Ads
• AppLovin MAX — Ad Mediation, Interstitial, and Rewarded Ads
• Facebook Audience Network — Banner, Interstitial, and Native Ads
• Unity Ads — Rewarded Ads

These networks may use cookies, web beacons, and similar tracking technologies. The App uses Google Advertising ID as disclosed in our manifest. You can opt out of personalized advertising in your device settings under Google Settings → Ads → Opt out of Ads Personalization.

  1. REFERRAL PROGRAM

The App includes a Refer & Earn feature. When you refer friends, your unique referral ID is shared via invite links and the App tracks completed referral tasks. No personal information about your referred friends is stored beyond what is necessary to credit your referral.

  1. PUSH NOTIFICATIONS

We use OneSignal to send push notifications. You can opt out at any time through your device settings:

  1. DATA RETENTION

We retain your personal data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account using the Delete Account feature in the App's profile section. Upon deletion, your data will be permanently removed within 30 days.

  1. DATA SECURITY

We implement commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

  1. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not directed to children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.

  1. PERMISSIONS USED

• INTERNET — To load games, fetch API data, and serve ads.
• ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE — To check internet connectivity.
• ACCESS_WIFI_STATE — To determine connection type.
• WAKE_LOCK — To keep the screen on during gameplay.
• POST_NOTIFICATIONS (Android 13+) — To send push notifications.
• AD_ID — To use Google Advertising ID for ads.

  1. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Privacy Policy.
